In 2021, 283,043 South Carolina women were raped or sexually assaulted. This number is alarming and concerning, and something that has to drastically change.
For the past eight years, The Hive Community Circle has been answering the call for hope from thousands of survivors of sexual assault and intimate partner violence across South Carolina.
When I heard these staggering stats I knew immediately that I wanted to be a part of this change, working diligently with The Hive to help support the organization in any facet that is needed. With family and friends being victims of these heinous acts, I vow to be committed to change and supporting The Hive Community Circle.
